Opened in 2021, this restaurant serves authentic, fresh pasta in Ōkawa City. The bright and open interior has sofa seating and is a great spot to eat with children. The homemade fresh pasta, which is cooked in an iron kettle, has a chewy texture. For first-time eaters, we recommend suppin pasta, where you can really taste the noodles themselves. There is a wide variety of short pasta and risotto dishes, snacks to match with wines, desserts, and a variety of sauces on the menu. Shaved ice is also a trendy dessert in the summer.
